CIVILIAN ACTIVE ATTACK RESPONSE PROTOCOLS (CAARP)

The CAARP Course is taught to communities and employees over 2 Hrs or with Medical training over 4 Hrs. It provides statistics and response protocols to an active attack event. This course covers the following topics: Presentation focused on educating and preparing our communities for an active attack. Topics include the history and prevalence of active attack events, civilian response options, medical concerns, and conducting drills. Considerations for adopting response protocols such as: RUN/HIDE/FIGHT or AVOID/DENY/DEFEND. It provides strategies, guidance and a proven plan for incorporating HOLD, SECURE, LOCKDOWN, LOCKOUT, EVACUATE, SHELTER concepts in our communities. Medical training includes Lifts / Drags / Carries, Pressure Points, Tourniquet application, Wound Packing, Chest Seals and Hypo/Hyperthermia Treatment. The course has multiple scenarios designed to empower your community in an active attack event.
